1. Prepare the right framework
The right setting for a liberating introspection involves choosing a suitable time and place. The right time is when you’re in no rush and you know no one is going to interrupt you.
The perfect place is where you feel comfortable. If you have access to an isolated place, where there would be little noise, great! In any case, the main thing is to be determined to do a beneficial introspection.
2. Examine the past for a liberating introspection
